Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages clients access or visit, user specific information on what pages clients access or visit and information volunteered by the client, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual clients and used by us to contact clients for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

You have a right to know what we do with the personal and confidential information we obtain in the course of providing superior quality financial and advisory services.  Because we value the integrity of our customer relationships, we want to assure you that we are properly safeguarding this important information.  CPAs have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law.  We have always protected your right to privacy.

In connection with providing financial other services, we may obtain non-public information about you, including:

  • Information from discussions with you as we provide professional services
  • Written information you provide
  • Information from legal counsel, or other third parties in the course of providing professional services to you
  • Employment information
  • Financial information such as your income, assets, liabilities, as well as information about your investment strategies, risk management, and business
  • Information about your objectives, needs and preferences.

We also maintain information about your transactions with us such as billing and payment histories.  We retain information to better assist you and to comply with professional guidelines. 

Information We Disclose

We will not disclose information regarding you or your account with us except under the following circumstances:

  • To your authorized representative
  • To government entities or other parties in response to subpoenas or other legal process as required by law
  • To participate in self-regulatory reviews

The Internal Revenue Code section 7216 prohibits disclosure of income tax return information without your consent except as noted above.  As always, we are bound by confidentiality rules and regulations as provided in Board of Accountancy rules and regulations and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. We do not make disclosures to affiliates nor do we disclose non-public information to joint marketers except as may be requested by you.  We will not reveal your information to any external organization unless we have previously informed you in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by you, or are required or permitted by law.  Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we stress the confidential nature of the information being shared and encourage them to comply with our privacy standards.  We do not make disclosures under the Fair Credit Reporting Act except as required by law. 

Our Privacy Policy

We will protect non-public information collected about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural security measures that comply with professional standards, state and federal regulations.  We will restrict access to protected data to individuals who must use it in performance of their job related duties.  Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action that may include termination. The policies and practices described in this notice apply to prior, current, and prospective customers. 

Changes To Our Policy
